Grinding noise from rear tires

I have had my Bronco for a week and have recently heard a grinding noise coming from the rear wheels. Sounds like the brakes are grinding. I have less than 400 miles on this. It is a Big Bend, A51, Hard Top, Mid and Tow Packages. Anyone else have this issue, or know what might be causing it?

Walk along side of it while someone is driving at idle speeds and see where it's coming from.

Does it happen when you are turning or going straight? Or both?

Any chance you can upload or post a link to an audio recording of the noise so we can assist?

I second that one! and that was actually my thought its a fake Ford account as a reputable company they would have been in here long ago since they pay BN to market

Probably a scam as others have said. Only three posts from that account, all asking for personal info.

I will vouch for them. It's a legit account! They took care of me and my issue with my previous dealersip.

I find it more odd that they replied to this in less than a day, but crickets on all the threads about allocations that they were tagged in many, many times.

Well, this is a singular mechanical issue. Easier to deal with than people's egos and insecurities.

It appears to happen at low speeds, and as a general rule when turning slightly almost always to the right and not so much when turning to the left. The noise goes away when I am braking.

Hmm is it something you feel or hear. I know in my F250 the limited slip rear ended kinda shudders when I turn but it is more of a feeling than sound. Now the sound going away when braking that could be an issue with the caliper. I’d get that checked ASAP remember people make these things and people ain’t perfect.

If i had a new car that was grinding after 400 miles i would be on the phone with a dealer. I'm not being a dick but asking a forum will get you no where to get the problem fixed,

You are right, I am calling the service department today. I was trying to see if it is a common problem or if anyone had a better idea than me on potentially pin pointing the issue. I appreciate everyone’s comments. I’ll let you know what I find out.

Did you send @Ford Motor Company a PM like they asked? That is a legit Ford account.

Like others have said, good idea to check with the dealership. With your low miles nothing should be wrong with it, but something may of been missed when it was checked over.

Just did, waiting on some verification that they are who they say they are before I give out too much information. You know the old saying, “Trust but verify”.
