Has anyone had problems collecting the 200,000 Ford Pass Points that was offered through an e-mail around the first of the year. No Help from Ford.

I think people are going to get screwed with this. So far, I’ve gotten 42,000. I’ve got proof of another 20,000. Now, the 200k was for those that ordered the MIC top in March. Now, there isnt anything that says that you couldn’t switched because Ford’s hardtop issues. It just said you had to have the order for it. I’m not going to argue and hire an lawyer for it. I pointed it out and that’s all I can do

I have talked with Ford a couple of times on this and reached out to them through here as well. If you originally had the painted modular top or the dual top option and you fall within a certain window for reservation and order and chose to move forward with the MIC top apparently you will qualify for the 200,000 points. I can't get anyone to give me a hard answer on it as I was first 24 hour reservation for a wildtrak and placed my order the first week that we could. All wildtraks had the painted modular top so I think I qualify, but it sounds like I will have to wait to take delivery to find out. I am with you on this is not something I die on a hill for.

i was told it was a customer satisfaction bonus points for the delays. i think it's just a bunch of CRAP...

The 200,000 points had to do with the painted modular top. Definitely not for everyone no matter when you ordered.

No problems at all - got my 200,000 points after delivery (plus the 20k bonus & 42k purchase incentive). My dealer even reminded me about them…

the 20k is “Bronco Reservationists Thank You Bonus”.

Where did the 20,000 reward points come from?

Im in the same boat. I had a painted black hardtop and switched to a soft top to get the incentives which by the way are not only the reward points. The email also said complimentary sound deadening hardliner for in case you want to get the hard top when it comes out in 2023, and a hard top prep kit. I screenshotted the email to my dealer and he’s been looking into it for a couple of days.

I ordered the Black painted top on 3/21 and got the email for 200,000 FordPass points. I printed a copy of the email and when I get MY22 Bronco I will bring the email.

Got the same info from talking directly with Ford, and told only my Dealer can load the points, which are in queue. Several calls to the Dealer, and nothing! It's now 1-1/2 months since I took delivery.

pretty much the only way..people need to contact ford itself and complain, especially if you have the Visa rewards card

To get the Ford 15% off of accessories, you must order from the website, the website doesn't allow you to pay with FordPass points. You can use your FordPass points at the dealer and they can order you accessories, but they can't apply the Ford 15% off discount from the website. I spoke to sales and parts at my dealership a couple times and also called Ford (number on the website) and this is how it was explained to me.
I was able to twist the arm of my dealership enough to give me a 12% discount at the parts counter and use my FordPass points as payment so it worked out ok for me. Hope you're able to do the same

Had to bother my dealer a number of times but finally got my 262,000 points posted today! I took delivery on 11/6/2021.

Thanks. How long after delivery did it take for all the 262,000 points to show up in your account? So far, we have the 42,000 but waiting for the 200,000 and the 20,000 deposits but only took delivery late last week.
