Ford Pass internal modem died . Can remote start in Snow storm. Ford Pass has no answers!

Ford Pass came from telemetry on fleet trucks. Salesman did setting on 4/19/22 delivery and keep getting email health report monthly. On 2/23/23 dealer service manager said do 1000 mile first oil break in change. At 9:37Am the cashier at the dealership ran my card and according to Ford Pass the modem was disabled at 10:30Am . Bronco was in shopping lot parked at that time according to time stamp .

Ford Pass gals say trouble shooting steps but must be in car and engine running. They said their data shows off then on then off.

Ford Pass app was updated this week not on 2/23/23. Has anyone had issues with Ford Pass on base?

This is an ongoing problem with the modem for the early MY2023 on F-150s and Broncos, as @ashirz_offroad has stated there is a fix for the middle of June.
I mostly need the app for starting my Bronco when I'm at work.
The fix for now is to take off the ground terminal to your battery for about 20 minutes, the only issue I faced was you have to hook your phone back up to Android Auto or Apple Car Play....
I did this and it lasted for about 3 weeks to a month before it died again.
I decided to just use the key fob since it's not as cold outside anymore.
