First off, this video was produced 3 months ago, and it is showing Ford Rangers. From this video you get a sense for the men, women and robotics working the line.
It is my hope within the next three months we will see a similar video with Broncos. :)

PS. Love the Carbonized Gray Rangers being driven off the line at the end of the video.

Cool video. Very heavily automated. This video was recorded 2-3 years ago which is why no one is wearing a mask.

In my second life I worked for a huge manufacturing company, so I can empathize with these workers. I watched the workers in my company come to work everyday, and do the same thing over, and over, and over. While it wasn't a fiscally demanding job, it was repetitive and boring. I relieved my workers for their much needed breaks and lunches, and understand what they go through. My hat is off to any, and all the line workers that do the same thing everyday, and stay sane.

I understand that Ford, and others have their workers trained on numerous jobs on the lines. Even my company did this. It does give them a bit of a respite, but over time it all becomes just a blur until their shift ends.

Watching this video and seeing several Carb Grey XLT Ranges come off the line back to back.
Sure seems like they batch their builds. Im just saying. It may be hard for Melissa to just slap a leather wrapped steering wheel on my Brothers Basesquatch.
