Ford dealer marks up 2-door Big Bend

A friend told me about a Bronco 2-door Big Bend a local dealer was selling for $56k. I had to go check it out.
Big Bend Sasquatch. Window sticker is 46k. But the site is 55k and they charge 5500 for an add on offroad pkg. Are they charging twice for the same equipment?

Yes they are. Do you have a picture of the ADM sticker?

Exactly! There isn't one.
I've seen those stickers at other dealers. Seems mighty shady.
