Does anyone have a link to the fcs live chat? Can't find it on my own.

Does it show up for you on https://www.ford.com/help/contact/? Some people haven't been able to see it in the past.

Thanks @Laura. Ya I've been there, gives me the chat hours but nothing to click on to instigate an actual chat.
I would try a different browser. Sometimes that site doesn't like certain browsers randomly. Again, Ford- not an IT company
