I spoke with Bronco customer service today. I was asking for any updated information on my build since I have not seen or heard anything in awhile (I already have a VIN and supposedly a build date). They have very limited visibility on what information is available to them. The ability to see any production information or build dates is gone. Now they can only see if there is a VIN in the system and if it has has been scheduled for production, but not when. Now there is even less information available than there was before. Smh.

I am tired of feeling like a bother to my dealer, ha! Just wish the tracker would work with my vin and order number. Last I heard, I am supposed to be built week of 3/21. That was a push from 3/7, and I didn’t receive any email from FMC. Got all my info from calling the dealer. Oh well. It is getting closer every day.

Ford's supply chain has to be really F'd. I find it both interesting and disheartening they are adding complexity to the problem by announcing new models. I understand the need to "pump the PR" and keep that stock price up, but Ford, you are delivering mostly disappointment at the moment. Veep of Supply Chain should be publicly stepping down.

Couldn't agree more!! Why NOT take care of those 2020 reservations that you have instead of just adding more numbers on top of everything and saying that some new models will be built in 2022 while leaving the majority of 2020 reservation holders out of a build

I called and the lady said they were "told not to give out build info any longer" but she still can see it and shared it with me. It just depends on who you get. We all know a couple names of those that are willing. :)

Told not to give out build info??? Wow!!! A few weeks ago dealers were told not to give out allocation information. So much for transparency.

I had a 2012 Mustang. Got rid of it over 5 years ago.

I continue to get emails, phone calls and snail mail notifications that the airbags are on recall.

I have talked to FMC directly and told them I no longer own the car, and the rep supposedly updated my file

If they can't get airbag notifications right, how on earth can they even think of building a vehicle?

I spoke to a rep yesterday who said she has full visibility of where the status is, if there is any sort of update. She stated that they are getting ready to ramp up remaining production from the halt due to chip shortages, but that the chip issue is still impacting them pretty badly. She mentioned that most other constrained parts will not be constrained as of next month, but we'll see about that.

That is more information than I have been able to gather for months. Thanks. I think and hope that all of these shortage issues (across the board) will soon start coming to an end.
