Alright, folks. I removed the doors and top a few weeks back and loved every second of the experience. So, I had to put the stuff back on because rain was in the forecast and there was a lot of it the past few days. Two days ago, I noticed that when I open the driver side back door, there are two clicking sounds. When I close the door, it does not make the sound and the door closes just like it should. Obviously something isn't right. I have since contacted my sales representative to schedule an appointment for a technician to check the door. I'm still waiting to hear from him.

Does anyone know what the issue could be?

I remember reading somewhere, clicking noises mean it's not aligned properly.

Try re-tightening the bolts. I had one work loose and that solved it for me.

The clicking sound is explained in the manual where you take your doors off. It is there to ensure you tighten the bolts correctly after taking off the doors. If it clicks the bolts are too loose. There is also a torque in the manual for proper tightening. It is on page 342 and is 22 ft lbs. I have the torques written down for the soft top and the doors in my tool kit. Easy to access. Hope that helps.

This!!! Mine was clicking and my husband checked the bolts and it was loose. Tightened it and the clicking went away!

I will check it this evening. Thanks for the information.
