Does Ford marketing tell the truth. My dealers says their info is false?

Summary: 8/10/20 late reservation $100.00; 3/16/21 purchase order red. 99 code MIC$900 DOWN.;10/8/21 change red confirm order in writing at dealer: then marketing days ,10 code due to color change; email in production w/b 2/8/22; salesman says in production 2/9/22 ; second email w/b 2/28/22; track and window sticker bleed 3/2/22 in production; built 3/5/22.
Call dealer. GM says marketing gives false info in email 3/6/22 iphone!
Tracking down per marketing but waiting shipment 3/31/222( end of fiscal qtr). Base 4 dr hot pepprt MIC Aux Switches.

As an adjudicated auditor(CPA) SEC preparer 10Q , title to custom goods (Special Order Bronco) pass in any manner and Ford may recognize a sale when it ships on a common carrier, like railhesd.

Marketing and phone in 4 mins. WOW! gal says thing are loosing up and orders are closed as on today. No chip hold noted on order just AWAITING SHIPMENT! WOW!

So my question to the members is: Is my dealer or Ford marketing telling the truth? Why do I ask. Applied for 60 good credit union auto loan, paid off
bank loan due fall,2022 early on Land Rover Sport, told dealer wanted fall delivery. And Ford will give me my 78,th birthday present in early May. WOW!

So why is my dealer just not giving me info. Maybe he only makes $500 on my base, unless he can sell it from under me for $15K adm. fee they say.
