Hey all
Just a heads up, get into your dealers as soon as possible. My dealer (Dana Ford, NY) is not even taking reservation spots into consideration. Was told that they have 150 reservations and only taking the first 60 that walk into their door. No regard for reservation. On top of that, they are marking up $2500 + MSRP, because of such high demand. I questioned why not push off reservations to MY22 and avoid 2500$ and I got quickly dismissed. Very disappointing process, dealer was ill informed as well and told me absolutely no changes were to be made after this submission (today). Luckily I knew exactly what I wanted, just disappointing with added price and poor service (I knew way more about bronco and had to teach various sales rep, I check forums once a month or so). Good luck Bronco lovers.

Its dealers like this that give the other reputable dealers a bad name.
I had one salesman that was at a few Ford Dealers that my Dad, Brothers, uncle and cousins all bought Fords from, where ever he went we would buy from. He was a straight shooter he dealt with volume didn't try to make his money on one sale he usually sold more vehicles than all the other salesmen combined. Great guy but unfortunately he passed on about 15 years ago.

They don’t make that call. Ford decides who gets theirs built first based on the Reservation

You need to run from that stealership. Most dealers are at MSRP and will honor the reservation timestamp. If you call Ford customer service they will transfer your reservation to another dealership and you won't lose your timestamp.

Unfortunately once you place your order I believe you are locked into that dealer? Another good example of why to get the deal worked out with your dealer sooner vs later. Leave yourself some cushion so you can walk and change dealers if they try this type of crap.
