Dash Cam Compatability

Hello

I am new here. I just took delivery of a 2025 2-door Bronco. I was interested in installing a dash cam. I made the mistake of purchasing (and returning) the Fitcamx 4K Dash Cam.

Can someone recommend a compatible option?

I am running the Wolfbox I used the rear camera on the front since I don’t have a front camera. The dash cam/monitor replaces you rear view mirror.

Hey MacAttack,
I too run the WolfBox. If I can make a suggestion, I would suggest the model G900 Tri Pro. This model provides you with a 4K dashcam, a rear camera, front camera and a digital rearview mirror. The quality is very good, and you can buy it on sale right now as part of the Black Friday sales going on right now.
There are lots of great videos to help guide you on the installation, and even if you already have a front camera on your Bronco, the front camera from WolfBox will provide a better Parking Mode solution.

I went with the Thinkware Dashcam available through Ford Accessories. I’m pretty happy with it. I mounted the camera under the mirror and the GPS antenna to the right of it, on the windshield. I also purchased a 256 gigabyte flash card to replace the 32 gigabyte memory card so it wouldn’t overwrite so often.

One cool feature is that it came with a module that cancels the Auto Start/Stop feature, which many find annoying. Also, it has a bespoke wiring harness that is plug-and-play with your Bronco’s wiring harness.
