Color Change

I ordered Velocity Metalic Blue and I'm starting to think its too blue. I want to change to Area 51 and my production date is 3 weeks away. Dealer hasn't been super helpful as soon as they got my deposit and but I wanted to know if this is still possible. Can I change the color and keep the same production date or will that push it back?

I think once VIN assigned no changes can be made.

I think all changes are locked once there's a VIN and a production date. If you really don't like the velocity, you could always have it wrapped with a matte wrap or a slightly toned-down color, maybe.

Velocity Blue is the best. You can jazz it up with graphics.

I verified when I got my vin and the dealer told me they could put in a request but it was a long shot. So I told him not to worry about it so I didn't ruin my chances.

There isn't a "bad" color. They all look amazing (some much stronger than others) but these Broncos deserve to be noticed!

That is a good looking color! Don't change. Everybody and their uncle goes Area 51 or Cactus Gray. Be different, Be Wild!!

i put my order on my bronco was area 51 at Oct 02 and i changed the color to eruption green at Nov 5th
u can call ur dealer to switch the color Before is building
just call and tell them to help to check

u can call ur dealer to switch the color Before is building
just call and tell them to help to check

Its nice to see people are getting color on cars, there are too many white,black and grey cars out there.

I was originally a51 but changed it didn't pop enough especially since I'm getting black decals from aftermarket. Went with HPR and love the color.

TBH I would stay with Velocity Blue. It's not as "in your face" as you might think. And Area51 is probably one of the most commonly ordered colors for the Bronco, Bronco Sport and Maverick. It's a new color and everyone wants it. So you will see them everywhere.

I ordered a velocity blue Wildtrak loaded. I have a 2019 F150 Super Crew in velocity blue. I get compliments on the color often.
I work at Ford R&E. I see Area 51, cactus and the orange color nonstop. I would avoid all 3 of those colors if you want your Bronco to stand out.
