Clicking Noise from Under the Hood

I was washing my new Badlands the other day and noticed a lot of clicking noises coming from under the hood. The car was cold and accessory power off. Has anyone heard similar noises or have any idea what it is? Thanks!

Happens all the time. Even when they are off they are drawing power. My Mustang and Escape both do the same thing.
