Can a 2025 Outer Banks 2.7 get a rear wheel locker aftermarket? If available, cost?

We had rain before and early AM of the event and then nothing the rest of the day. Did make the trails probably a lot more fun! You will have a blast.

When I ordered my 2021 Outer Banks and 2.7L, there was an option available that included a 4.27 axle ratio, with rear locker. The option cost $1468, and was called "Advanced 4x4". I don't know if that is still an option.

Now it is available only if you add the SAS for $6500. So I would think it would be a PITA to add it afterwards with all the different parts needed from the rear end to the switching GOAT and programming.

It can be done; Ford has been offering it on the packages like the King of the Hammers Edition Bronco and I want to say there was another one but can't name it at the moment if so. There's the ARB Air Locker and the Eaton ELocker4 and probably some others. You'll need the Ford wiring kit: https://www.ford.com/product/bronco-elocker-wiring-kit-p2823901902.

Here are a few videos/articles that may help.

Also, have a great time at Off-Roadeo! Talk to Brian, one of the guides there; he does a lot with ARB and is a valuable resource.
