I would just like to tell Ford, if they listen,....They lost me. I haven't heard from the dealer the Ford website assigned me when I reserved my Bronco. ( about being able to order) This Ford dealer hasn't contacted me, even after I e-mailed them. I really wonder what is going on with Ford, now. Here I was excited months ago about the new Bronco..... It's truly EXPENSIVE. WHY? Just more jumbo gumbo about all this ELECTRONIC MAJIC WIZARDARY! I wanted a plain Bronco. No power anything.... WHITE on WHITE on WHITE. But no... still crickets. My parents owned two Ford Galaxie Convertibles and they burnt our a@@es! Black interiors! They were beautiful cars but hot! In the summer!!!! My Dad bought a new 1970 F-100 Ranger with WHITE interior!!!!! My mother loved it!!! No more hot interiors, it had A/C!!!! So wish all well here, and they get their Broncos that they want. It doesn't look like Ford has me in mind, I'm just an old guy anyway. I still love Bronco's, the old ones. Take care all.......BAJA ON!!! PS the original Bronco's did have WHITE interiors....for those who don't know.
Baja on! As Ford Spanked the competition in 1969, in the Baja 1000, NO OTHER AUTOMAKER HAS, replicated in 50 plus years

Just an FYI, this isn't an airport so no need to announce your departure. ;)

It's an amazing world we live in and the technology at our fingertips to make your own decisions whether its to leave this group or maybe search out a dealer that would like your business.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with a car dealer, join the crowd. I never heard from my dealer either, so I picked up the phone called a few dealers and found one willing to work with me. One call to Ford customer service and in less than 5 minutes had my reservation transferred to dealer of my choice. I wouldn't let one bad dealer wreck my pursuit of my dream Bronco. Ford has put us in the drivers seat on being able to switch dealers, use it to your benefit. Sounds like a Base model Oxford White might be what your looking for. As far as white tops, they will be available in 2022. But don't think any auto makers are doing much with white interiors, so you might have to go the custom route on that. Personally I've waited years for the Bronco return and certainly wouldn't let one dealer stand in the way of my happiness. Hang in there, with a little effort you can be behind the wheel of your new Bronco.

Shopping for a dealer is always great advice. They work for you(or supposed to..lol) I dont think anyone was prepared for this experience. Theres been a lot of hype and fervor over the return of the Bronco ever since i read a story in car and driver 8 years ago where Ford denied it was even considering a concept....(wink)..But if your just bent about the price, I completely understand. However auto makers today are not the same animal and car buyers are demanding more Fluff and comfort along with regulatory demand from environmentalists and the government. So, you CAN technically get what you want, just have to be willing to take everything that comes with it. Its not changing back even though we feel it should. Sorry.

Uh.....my dealer was exactly the same, and I've been using them for over 20 years. So like a big boy who still wanted a bronco, I called Ford and switched dealers, it took five minutes, and ordered a Bronco last Friday.

As far as white interiors on 66-77 broncos, it was parchment as standard on 67-77, all 66 interiors were silver. Brown, tan, blue, green, orange and red were optional colors on the Explorer and Ranger packages in 72-77.

Sorry to hear that and hate to see you give up on the Bronc but I certainly can understand the frustration. I don't usually buy new cars so the price tag is very much out of my typical comfort zone and goes against my good financial sense. But...we are talking Bronco and I have been waiting for this a long time (25 years but who's counting, lol). So I am only willing to move forward because I am a Bronco fanatic. I have made peace with the fact I will need to make some compromises along the way...seems is the nature of the beast these days with car manufacturers. On a positive note, no need to leave the group though, would love to have you hang out with the rest of us old Bronco guys. :)

Sorry to see you go. I understand where you are coming from on the price but look around, nothing is cheap anymore. I'm going to end up paying more than I ever thought I would for a vehicle but I figure it will be the last new one I get.
Also, there are good dealers out there, but sometimes you just need to take the time and find them. It sounds like your current dealer isn't worthy of your business, but the next one might be.
My advice would be to keep your reservation and see what MY22 brings. It's only $100 and the MY22 specs should be out by the end of the summer. Nothing to lose but a little time.

We all have had bad experiences with Companies, Doctors, Police, Hospitals, Restaurants, Cell Phone Companies, Real estate Agents, Auto Repair and yes CAR DEALERS. My Daughter says that there are at least 10 percent of Employees, Businesses, Professionals and Companies you don't want anything to do with. And I totally agree with her. One bad apple can spoil the whole barrel. But the answer is to remove the bad apple. Prejudice starts this way. One Employee or one person in a group are bad so they are all bad.
Bronco people are very independent and very helpful and IF YOU Cowboy Up you can get the Bronco you want with a little or a lot of patience. People on this Forum have given you some good advice, but YOU have to get off your a_ _ and put in some effort. Maybe a break from all the Bronco hype would be good for you because it has and is one hell of a ride. Good luck my friend.

Keep in mind Ford Dealerships are Franchises per say. They are not Ford Motor Company, but are the face of Ford.

One dealership taints your feeling for a Auto Brand is bad news but as others have mentioned you can switch your dealership that will work with you.

Not sure if you did this as you don't mention it, Pick up the phone and call your dealership. We as a society have become detached to conversations or face to face. We prefer the easy way of email, text, etc.

During the reservation process when I saw the dealer that was assigned to me automatically via my zip code I clicked the button that said Change Dealer and selected the one I wanted . I do the same thing when the Home Depot website selects some off the wall store for me .

How early was your reservation ?

I didn't get what I wanted from Ford when they released the Bronco. I needed a towing capability of greater than 6k lbs to tow my 69 Bronco. I canceled my Outer Banks with no regrets and purchased a 2017 Expedition limited. I'll wait a couple of years and see if they increase the towing capability to that of the ranger or my wife's ridgeline dies (I doubt that). I really like the Expedition limited so that my be a bit hard to give up. I have owned vehicles from the big 3 and multile imports over the last 40 years. There are good and bad in all of them just like days in a life. It's easy to walk away from a purchase with no regrets, it's inanimate. I treat the dealerships/salesmen the same if I purchase a vehicle or walk away. I am very frugal, so I walk away a lot! Hopefully you find what you are looking for as long as it's not a j@@p

My wife really likes white interiors, she has a Mercedes SLK350 and Jag F Type with white leather. I think they look fantastic and feel great in the summer, but I'm always terrified I'm gonna stain it, checking the pants for grease spots before I get in. A couple days ago I cut my arm loading firewood in the back of my '21 Sierra, and didn't notice till I had already bled all over the center console. I'm glad that leather isn't white!
