I would be shocked if it returns next year, the take rate was extremely low. I know at my dealer they only had ONE order for an Everglades, and it went to a dealer employee.
If we're being honest the amount of people that need or even want a snorkel on their vehicle is extremely low. I do think the 2.7L option and/or the sway-bar disconnect would have helped, but it really makes more sense as an upgrade pack available via Ford Performance, or a special package on the Black Diamond trim (likely without the winch and the 12" screen) rather than it it's own unique trim.
I'm curious if Ford intended for Everglades to be a limited special edition trim, or if they intended it to be a long-lasting trim. Considering it had it's own special unique color option I'm guessing its the former, but we'll probably never know.
