Just bought one this week with my Ford Pass Points, I'll post some pictures when I put it on... The instructions say that it should be 60 degrees when you attach it, it's- 1 this morning.

It's actually warming up here. Was 6 this morning at 2am, and now it's 13! High today supposed to be in the mid 20's and next week looks pretty good.

No. Wish I had, but garage stays above freezing no matter what outside temps are. Not heated just lots of insulation and attached to the house.

May I ask which brand yours is? Getting one from Ford and using my points sounds like a great idea to me.

I attached mine when it was 34 degrees out. Ran the motor to raise the temp of the hood for about 30 before and after install.

Wanting to know if I install the Aero II bug deflector on my OBX Bronco is there damage to the paint if it comes off or is removed in the future?

Just guessing… The 3M tape shouldn’t be the problem as long as it’s heated up when removed…. My bigger concern would be ultra-violet fading where the sun hit it, vs under the deflector…

I put mine on over PPF and I can only say this. It really makes a difference in the number of bugs that my windshield eats

Agreed, Tim, and mine has saved my windshield from a significant rock hit, that caught the top frame of the windshield

We sold a ton of bug deflectors over the years and I had them on my personal vehicles as well . The biggest issue is debris that gets trapped between the deflector and paint. Grit gets vibrated around under there and sand blast the finish if you don't keep it cleaned out . Between that and sun fade around the deflector area, I will never run one again unless it has PPF under it also.
