Those are Archetype Racing’s S.I.T.H. (Sent It Too Hard) Shackles. They’re pretty sturdy. I hope I won’t need them, but it’s reassuring to have them.

Absolutely!

I’m looking to get a Safari bar on my Ford bronco Outer Banks, however, an after market accessories store said that the stock bumper is plastic and therefore cannot accommodate the Safari bar. Does anyone else have this issue or is this guy not being truthful?

Depends on what you want. There are a few that mount underneath the front by the tow hooks. I have an OBX that came with the plastic bumper. I added my bull bar before I switched to the capable metal bumper, which it also works with.
