Bronco wave

Great question, have only seen one other New Bronco on the road in a month. Just beeped - do we need a different wave for the Sport or do they qualify?

I think the consensus was both hands, all five (ten) fingers open and a quick shake of both hands, and arms at least up to the elbox, at the same time. It should look like the wave a dog would give you when you pull up in the driveway, like their tail wags.

Good question! I passed a Sport the other day and the lady driving it waived at me really big! She seemed very excited to see a Bronco (maybe because a lady was driving a big SASed Bronco?) I waived back. I respecting those sports so much more than the Liberty. I gave a thumb up to a Gen 1 or 2 Bronco and he gave me a dirty look. Have not seen a new Bronco in weeks.

A fellow bronco rolled the window down and gave me a thumbs up. I honked and gave the Shaka sign :)

Has anyone discussed the bronco wave ,similar to the jeep wave yet?

I don't have Betty Green yet (my original build date was supposed to be Betty Whites birthday) but I have waved like a crazy person to the 2 that I've seen.

Wave if you want to wave. But please don't turn it into a major thing. As in getting your feelings hurt if someone doesn't wave back. And post it all over social media when they don't like some Jeeple do.

I spent many years on Harleys and some in Jeeps so I'm a little waved out. LOL Not saying I won't wave back. I just don't initiate waves. But I do give EB's a (y) every chance I get.

You have no idea. Some people lose their minds over this. It's mostly in the FB Wrangler and Gladiator groups. They will even go to the extremes of saying you're not a real Jeeper if you don't wave. LOL

Might want to change your post to have a full image instead of a thumbnail so the image name isn't visible.

Just wave. Do your thing and they will do their thing back. Depends what mood I'm in on what wave I use. I've passed a couple, and one JO actually didn't wave..SMH I was like "and this guy has his Bronco and there are die hard fans out there still waiting".

I got the Jeep wave from a Jeep owner. Wasn’t expecting it. By the time I was able to wave, it was to late.

After 11 years of the Jeep wave, I'm waved out :) However, if and when I ever get my Bronco (It's already been over 16 months) and, if I should see a hand go up from another Bronco driver, whatever the Bronco's age or configuration, I'll still most likely raise my fingers over the top of the wheel out of habit and muscle memory. Meanwhile, I'll enjoy observing the BF community negotiate what will become the eventual Bronco wave :cool:
