A apologize if I’ve overlooked content that addresses my concern, but I need to know if people think it’s realistic for the 4 door Bronco to be considered a daily driver? I am considering the 4 door Bronco Big Bend with the larger engine, hard top and sound deadening. I really like the iconic look of the Bronco and it’s versatility.
My commute to work is mostly highway driving and my weekends are usually consumed with errands around town with the occasional date night with the wife.
Im also concerned about the amount of space in the second row as I have two kids, ages 12 and 10. My boy (12 yrs) is on track to be taller than me and I am 6 feet tall.
Should I give up hope that the Bronco could fit my needs as a daily driver?

In a perfect world, you would have an opportunity to take the family to view and test drive a Bronco 4-door. For many of us that may not happen. So, we tend to do the next best action. We study dimensions/pictures and test drive comparable vehicles. For me, I seek a Bronco 2-door, so the thread attached below has helped me. I currently drive an F150 Super Cab, so I am expecting an adjustment period. In a way, it is exactly what I seek as documented on paper. Time will tell if it will be a step up from my F150, but I am willing to take the chance.

Welcome to BN! The quick answer to your question is yes, absolutely! I would not hesitate to consider the new Bronc a DD, especially with 4 doors. However, the real answer depends on what your expectations are. The Bronc is not a luxury SUV and if someone has these expectations they will likely be disappointed. That doesn't mean the new Bronc won't have some nice creature comforts though, I just would not expect it to feel like a new Land Cruiser. If you are as excited about the new Bronc as the rest of us then I say go for it! :)

Check the Badlands B&P page...It won't allow you to add the hardtop sound deadening to the 2.7L V6. You may need to drop down to the Outer Banks.

Thanks for the feedback! I’m currently driving a 2018 Ford Explorer. I’m expecting an adjustment period as well.

I see Jeep unlimited as daily drivers in similar situations you describe all the time. Lots of soccer moms/dads drive them. The bronco with its IFS should be a better behaved vehicle. I would go for it if you find it doesn’t fit the Bill I am sure you will have no trouble selling it.

The 2nd row seats are very similar between the 4 door Bronco and the Ranger that is currently for sale. The seatbacks are in almost the same position. The seat bottom cushions stick out a little farther forward on the Ranger. If you want to try out how the 2nd row will be you could have them sit in a Ranger and get a pretty good idea of what it will be like for them.
