I am curious if any has had any issues with the billstein 6112? I see it can lift even sasquatch broncos. I am not sure if this is a cheaper quality option for a lift. I however am worried about it causing extra issues with the steering rack and axles.

Have been running the Bilstein 6112s on a Badlands/Sasquatch 4dr since coming back from King of the Hammers last January. Gave me about an extra 1 in in lift and leveled vehicle but more importantly greatly improved off-road handling over Sasquatch Bilsteins. Have pounded the Bronco hard for multiple days in Moab as well as Death Valley and other desert settings. Holding up well and gives a solid ride on pavement too. Definitely recommend if you don’t want to go with a higher priced suspension upgrade.

Did you upgrade your upper control arm or is it still in the realm where you can use the stock one?

Left it stock and has held up, but going to an upgrade soon. I did install tie rod sleeves and the steering rack bushing kit from RC to strengthen things up front shortly after Bilstein upgrade.

From what it looks like getting the springs with them (6112) doesn’t cost that much more (6100). Is it worth the little bit extra for the springs too?

I did the 6112 kit, but be aware they don’t come assembled. If you are not comfortable and don’t have the right garage tools to compress a coil spring, you’ll need to have a shop do this for you. I’d recommend getting the springs. They give a better ride than stock.
