One-up has a h.d. Unit that uses a reversed angle plate that drops center of gravity and allows the clearance for the 35” Sasquatch tires. I believe it is not listed but there is a thread somewhere here about the sitch.

Does the Kuat clear the tire without an extender on the mount? Bought a Kuat extension for my Thule T2 (classic) rack. The extension steps down and I can open my tailgate (no bike) without pulling the pin and dropping the rack all the way down.
