I'm not an attorney, but we need drafted a legal disclosure to be signed at time of order that it's our vehicle and will pay MSRP with no other ADM's, otherwise we move to the next dealer.
It's time for on-line ordering, payment, and home deliveries. We really don't need dealers to confirm the oil level, check tire pressure and remove shipping wrapping for us. Ok, if home delivery is to much, then I will be happy to pick it up right off the assembly line. NO PROBLEM!

Bruh for real. Let’s start a petition. I’m doing nothing at work today so reaching out to dealers about the Raptor and the lowest ADM is $10k plus non-refundable deposit of $5k out of 3 dealers so far. Others are $20k and $50k!! It is as if the reservation holders have been scammed out of $100 and deposit money so Ford and the dealers can have money for nothing. People on here saying be positive are likely salesmen, already in a Bronco or Ford employees. Time to show actions speak louder than words.I'm really hoping to be one of the early reservation holders to to be accepted to convert to Bronco Raptor and if so I will go anywhere in the country to buy at MSRP. I've read there are F-150 Raptor dealers that sell at MSRP. We need to re-establish dealers business practices that they need customers more that we need them.

No petition, we don't even know if we will be lucky enough to have our reservation approved by Ford to convert to Raptor. I will be sincerely grateful if choosen by Ford and I'm not contacting any dealers based on hopes and I wouldn't expect any dealers to have any facts at this point. We really need to wait to see what rules Ford applies for us. We have been told select reservation holders based on reservation time stamp will be allowed to order a Bronco Raptor if desired as to respect to us reservation holders. I believe this statement and have no reason to doubt Ford.
Long term for the industry, every thing a dealer provides as paperwork regarding vehicles sales could be automated thru Manufactures online ordering processes and coordinated with titling & licensing states. I really don't see any reason any dealer needs to touch my perfect new vehicle before I take ownership.

Well I say expect to be disappointed because every dealer is looking to be greedy. In the end, we must go through them. Nothing since 10/2020 would lead me to believe or even hope Ford or any of it’s dealers will do the right thing because why should they, customers spend their wholes lives settling like sheep. No petition, we don't even know if we will be lucky enough to have our reservation approved by Ford to convert to Raptor. Keep your badlands order. The day it arrives after deal all done, if you have the energy, then say you like your BL so much you want to custom order a fully loaded raptor right then and there but no mark up or other BS or you will take your biz elsewhere. Get a signed purchase agreement same day. Ride off in the sunset a winner. When your raptor arrives, just trade up! Also suggest after raptor and maybe badlands are built, with a vin, and in transit to your dealer...proceeding with the loan to secure your vehicle(s) before they arrive so the dealer cant tack on ADM or sell it to anyone else. If you do put ANY deposit down at least make sure it will be applied towards your loan. I had to buy out if state one bc my local ford dealers did same thing with my 2012 raptor. Dont fall for it. Hope this helps
Except that ONLY early reservation holders that have not been scheduled for production will be selected for Raptor.

I thought Raptor order banks open for everyone in March? Just shop around. Not every dealer will play the greed game and dealer allocations do not apply if you custom order one. But you may have to travel to get it. Is there limited production of the Raptor?Except that ONLY early reservation holders that have not been scheduled for production will be selected for Raptor.
Lets be happy you can custom order bc I heard 3 weeks ago that Toyota won't let anyone custom order any vehicles right now. I'm still skeptical of that info but my source is reliable.

I think allocations still apply to custom orders. But ultimately I think it is up to Ford and the dealers to decide what happens to who and when. This is why today I see a 2021 Badlands with MIC SAS and 2.7L engine on the same lot of the dealer I place my order 2/4/2021 and 10/2021.The only difference is no tow and color, but supposedly there was no supply of MIC back then so here I am waiting for one on a 2022? No production date? Meanwhile the B-Rap will be with MIC and on the road by end of summer according to Ford.I thought Raptor order banks open for everyone in March? Just shop around. Not every dealer will play the greed game and dealer allocations do not apply if you custom order one. But you may have to travel to get it. Is there limited production of the Raptor?

We don't know exactly how it'll all work. Ford hasn't said publicly other than reservation holders will likely get first dibs. What I expect will happen is something like this...I thought Raptor order banks open for everyone in March? Just shop around. Not every dealer will play the greed game and dealer allocations do not apply if you custom order one. But you may have to travel to get it. Is there limited production of the Raptor?

Reservation holders who expressed interest will be contacted in reservation timestamp order and offered the Raptor. They will configure the Raptor and go into price negotiations with their dealer. If the dealer and reservation holder can come to an agreement on pricing... great! Raptor ordered. If not, it'll go to the next reservation holder and offered to them. Rinse/repeat until all reservation holders on the list have been have been offered the Raptor. We don't know is if there will be any cap on pricing. Usually Ford has no say when it comes to final pricing... so these things may go to the highest bidder ultimately.
BUT... we'll see. My guess may be completely wrong. All we really know is there is no lottery system and reservation holders will get preferential treatment. Outside of that we have no idea.

Dealers are useless and serve no purpose. Theoretically, salesmen were supposed to assist you in shopping for a vehicle, help you find what was right for you, give you the specs, teach you all about it and assist you in your test drive. In today's world of instant information, the average consumer knows more than the average salesman. I haven't met a salesman over the last 30 years that knew as much about the vehicle they were selling than I did. And I'm not an automotive engineer. I just do my research. You would think that salesmen would actually research the vehicles they sell. Buying a car at a modern dealership is one of the most unpleasant life experiences you can have.I'm really hoping to be one of the early reservation holders to to be accepted to convert to Bronco Raptor and if so I will go anywhere in the country to buy at MSRP. Yes, I agree from the customer's perspective $50,000 over MSRP is insane. From the dealer's perspective, $50,000 over MSRP is insane only if no one buys it. But dealers were easily selling First Editions for last year for $90,000, and they are basically nothing more than a Badlands trim Bronco with some special graphics and painted trim pieces.Well how is asking $50k over MSRP negotiating? Damerow Ford’s asking price. That’s damn near double the price, so either Ford is screwing over their res holders by low balling the MSRP or failing to offer a rebate of considerable size to offset the greedy dealers. This is all corrupt, been waiting almost two years and then see an upgraded Bronco produced before the one I reserved and laid a deposit down on is BULLSHIT AND FUCK FORD!
Fundamentally it's a supply and demand market, and right now the demand is super high and the supply is super low. It is what it is. The fact that Ford is letting reservation holders get first dibs at a Bronco Raptor is pretty awesome. When we placed a reservation, the Bronco Raptor didn't even exist yet, so the fact that Ford is even giving reservation holders a chance to get a Bronco Raptor ahead of someone else is not a bad deal at all. And best yet, it doesn't impact your (or my) current reservation. It may actually help you get your Bronco faster since the Bronco Raptor doesn't share as many components with the rest of the Bronco lineup.

According to Damerow Ford, I would have to forfeit my Badlands order to order the Raptor. Pure greed. I know it is still early and maybe just maybe Ford will make these dealers pump their brakes regarding the select few res holders already waiting like Tesla schmucks for a CyberTruck.Yes, I agree from the customer's perspective $50,000 over MSRP is insane. I... uhhh... don't think I understand how forcing someone to have only one vehicle on order instead of two vehicles is pure greed. How can selling and earning profit off of a single vehicles be more greedy than selling two vehicles??According to Damerow Ford, I would have to forfeit my Badlands order to order the Raptor. Think about it, they mark up the Badlands when it comes in, but if they sell it to me I’m under price protection. Ford hasn’t said that price protection will transfer to the Raptor, and even if they did, it’s still up to the dealer to decide if they gonna honor it. Anyways everything is speculation based on Ford’s past reputation and it ain’t looking so good in this situation.I... uhhh... don't think I understand how forcing someone to have only one vehicle on order instead of two vehicles is pure greed. Amen. Just have to share. The one and only good car salesman I worked with (out of many) was at Audi of Marietta, GA back in 2006 that sold me my RS4 (Ahmed E.). He was Audi top salesman at that time in North America, I found out afterwards at a car show. He answered every question I had. Helped me design it to my liking after many changes, and custom order it from Gmbh. Kept me informed whole time until delivered by phone and email. Assisted with warranty repair the first month bc Gmbh over torqued an oil hose! He was super nice every time we talked. He even took me and a few other RS4 owners out to dinner at one of the nicest steakhouses in Atlanta, we all parked our RS4s out front. I was the youngest one there and he never made me feel sub-human. We kept in touch all the way up until 2018!! Unheard of. However I lost track ever since then, he probably retired by now.Dealers are useless and serve no purpose. I also work with car dealers btw. Most just dont care. Its pretty sad. *But not all are bad.
If every car salesman was as good as my Audi salesman, folks would Love buying cars! If I ever sell cars for a living I would treat every customer exactly as Ahmed did, not just because its the right thing to do but also just because its Fun. It was fun for the Audi salesman too, he loved cars and it showed.
I also have to say Audi service department back then was rad!! So nice. Plus free loaner even if you got an oil change.
If I ran Ford or one of their dealers, the above sales method would be mission 1 on day 1. If you didn't like it as a salesman, you would either have a training course to complete or be terminated. I honestly dont know why this isn't requirement when having to pass a DMV certification just to sell cars in CA.
