BD interior blue accents: how easy will it be to remove and customize?

The blue accents around the grab handle and dash look good and all, but I suspect I’ll want to remove them and paint them to match the exterior A51 I’ve ordered. Do you think this would be a relatively easy DIY project? Is anyone else planning the same thing?

Will be super easy in my opinion to change the color, but realize that in some cases there is a tie in you might be overlooking. For instance, on the WildTrak, there are many that might have the leather optioned seats and on that vehicle, the blue on the grab handles many have not noticed that it is matching the blue stitching on the Black Onyx portions of the seats. On other trims, this is the same case.

I personally am going to wait till I see them in person with the trim pieces and all. From pictures, yeah, I dont like the blue accent on the handles for my WT Race Red order, but will hold final judgement for when I get in the vehicle for a few weeks. After that, some masking and some appropriate paint will sort that out pretty quick. I suspect that there will also be replacement grab handles for order from Ford or 3rd party. Not too worried.

I have been watching videos. I’m gonna dye the yellow stitching black and cover the small colored paint in the doors with black vinyl.

I actually like the way the Badlands yellow accents pop with the Antimatter Blue... gonna get some yellow hoofprints for the window too. :geek:

It's nice to have so many options for decals/graphics. Ebay is one of my favorite sites. Can find almost anything.

I suspect there will be quite a few aftermarket alternatives for the grab handles, beyond the obvious different style grab handles.
