For those interested here's what 33" tires would look like on a base model with polished steelies.

I think this looks fantastic!

Can you put 33" on the 16" rim? I thought 32" would be the limit.

There's 32.8" tires that'll fit on a 16" rim, so technically yes. Only question is if there will be any rubbing at full lock, won't know that until someone tries it.

The MY22 Base ManSquatch should be a big seller.

I like the look. I like the diameter. Don’t like how wide the tires look. But then I’m thinking 255s are widest I’m gonna go.

I've seen videos of the base model with a different grille and with the white text. I prefer the blacked out grille, has Ford changed the look of the grille for the base model?

Those do look pretty wide. The biggest common size I've seen for 16" is 285/75-16 ..... 32.8 x 11.2.
Actually have those on my M1028! Seen here, lurking behind that tree, waiting for its next victim.

Agreed. 255 85 16 Coopers. 32.8 x10.0. That’s my plan

Yep my render isn't perfect, wasn't claiming it to be and yes 32.8 on 16" rims will be a little narrower ;)

As others have said with regard to the Badlands, 33" tires seem to be the sweet spot for those of us who want a car that will do both asphalt and off-road. Once I get my OBX, I'm going to see what i can do. 275/ 70R18 should fit on the stock 18" wheels, the question will be if i need a 1" shim or lift, or upgrade to a shock that gives an small front lift. If needed! Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT will be 33.3" with a 9.6" tread width, 2.6" wider and over an inch taller than stock.

My apologies, by no means did i intend to make a negative critique of the render. I don't have the skill set to do anything close.
Actually, I was pumped to see it because it mirrors my order, AMB base Base and I intend to put 33 or 34's on!
My mental note was that they looked to have the width of the 315..... a true 33x12.5., which is what I run on my 69 Bronco.
It didn't translate that way as I typed.
But, seriously, thanks for posting it, I was thrilled to see "My" Bronco the way I'll probably build it.

I am in the minority. I happen to like steelies. And these look really good to me!

Can you render some more pics of your rims here but powder coated?? Perhaps in heritage white? Or body colored?

I don't think you are in the minority, I prefer the steelies too over all of the other options.

A bit rough and ready but here you go....

Wow! That looks really good! I like both the white & the chrome steelies on it,, but I would pick the white if Ford offers it on their heritage Package.

I really like the white grill you added. Looks quite good on the new Bronco!!

im drooling now!

(good job btw!)

Thanks, it kind of shows you that you could vastly change the look of the base bronco with some relatively cheap simple changes. Hopefully Ford will figure that out for MY22 by offering more retro style color combinations.

I just stumbled across these photos of the 2 door in antimatter blue with the polished wheels.

It's the first time I've seen my configuration as real phtos.

I think this looks like a little stunner, all it needs are the metal front and rear bumpers and roof rack upgrades.

The black MIC plastic is very grey there, as are the fenders! Or is that a lighting issue? There has been some chatter about the MIC top having various shades of charcoal/grey/ black.
