Would there be any issues with purchasing a base 2 door Bronco and putting 33” tires on it? Would they fit? Would I have any problems? If anyone is aware of a picture that shows this configuration, let me know. Thanks!

I know that other sub-models with 32" tires have the same standard suspension as the Base. The Badlands which comes with 33" tires has a different suspension. I suspect that 33" tires will rub slightly on a Base (or other models with standard suspension) at full articulation and/or wheel turn, so you'll probably need a small lift from the aftermarket, maybe 1 or 2 inches, but we may not know for sure until someone tries it. The width of the tire (and the width of the rim you put it on) could also affect also whether a 33" tire will fit or not.

There has been a lot of discussion on what size tires will fit what models stock. The general agreement is that 33's will fit on Big Bend and up. There hasn't been much discussion on the base. My thought process is no. The base definitely has smaller tires but it seems to sit lower too. If you aren't in a rush to order you may want to wait until a couple get out there on the road or the after market gets all the specs and breaks them down. It won't take long for answers to come out. Maybe head over to bronco 6g there are a lot of guys on there theorizing with #'s and running calculations based on measurements either from Ford or ones members have taken themselves at events. A 285/75/16 might fit. That's close enough to a 33 to me. (32.8") but like said above they might rub a bit. I'm curious to know as well.
