Badlands vs Badlands ... Help Me Make a (Nearly) Completely Subjective Choice

So, I was passing by my dealer and saw a nice 2-door Bronco on the lot: 2021 Badlands, 2.7L / 10 speed, MGV, 11,450 miles, High, Sas, Tow ($54k)

Meanwhile, I own a nice 2-door Bronco: 2021 Badlands, 2.7L / 10 speed, MGV, 12,450 miles, Mid, Non-Sas, No Tow ($48k)

It was intriguing enough that I talked to them and test drove this incredibly same vehicle. I'm a little torn on what I want to do, because I have always wanted High package, and having the Tow package would be nice (Have I ever towed anything? No. Will I maybe one day want to tow something? Sure. Will I? 98% no 😁). However, I feel like getting Sasquatch would be a comprise -- you lose articulation, and (in my opinion), get less attractive fender flares and bumper add-ons, worse tires (replaceable, I know), and here comes the "nearly" qualifier in the subjective part -- raise your center of gravity slightly. I do want a roof rack on my Bronco at some point, further increasing it, and getting my kayak off will be harder, too.

Has anyone moved from a non-sas 2-door to a sas 2-door and still been happy off-road? Curious on your thoughts.
Also, that 12" screen is alarmingly big when you haven't been in a Bronco with one for a few months πŸ˜… But I do like the idea of High.

I will say that the 360 cameras on the high pkg are very nice. They make parking in tight spots incredibly easy . Mine is a BL 2.7 non-Sas but if it did not have the high pkg I'd probably trade just for that, lol . Tires ,wheels , flares can be changed easily enough. That darker color tugs at my senses a bit better also :)

I like the Carb Gray too! I specifically went with Oxford White to hide pinstriping, but it does look more unified. Granted, actually changing out a single thing on my stock vehicle would go a long way too lol.

I asked if we could swap tops. Mine is more beat up, but I've never had an issue and I prefer that it doesn't have sound deadening. Having years of pining up XJ headliners has me favoring one less thing to maintain.

I want a Cherokee Briarwood, and continue to search Craigslist each morning. This one would do the trick too.

The only issue I can forsee between Sasquatch vs. Non is... if you forget to wash the front skid plate while washing the rest of the Bronco. It will be very noticeable... πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈπŸ€£

I like the Sasquatch upgrades so it would be a no brainer for me. Also the color and rims look great. You can always have a small portable step handy for your Kayak and I am hoping the glue is a bit better for the sound liners on the Bronco.

If everyone was the same the world would be pretty boring. It will be interesting to see your choice. It is great either way.

Exciting!

I’m a little confused. You LOSE articulation by get the Sasquatch package? And adding the 35” tires should only increase your height by 1”, no? I mean, unless the Sasquatch package also gives you a lift.
Chris here. I drive a 2-door Velocity Blue 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch, Lux, a 2.7L V6, and an automatic transmission. It’s fun.

Or, I'm thinking I could learn to tow and use that part of the upgrade so I can carry multiple/plus a paddle board for our BN river trips 😎

Gonna take a completely biased view here. Sasquatch W/High package for the win!🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣

Towing is easy. As long as you are within the weight limits, use some common sense and take a few precautions, you will have a blast. It is nice to be able to have the option. That sounds cool!
