Has anyone ordered and received a Badlands with the black leather trimed seats? If so does it also have a black dash and console lid? And black door trims like a first edition?

The dash, console lid, and the door trims are exactly the same as the standard Badlands with the vinyl seats. The only real difference is the carpeted floors and the seats themselves.

I have no idea how that compares to the First Edition--the only First Editions I've seen in person all had the navy interior.

I have leather. Seats are much higher quality than MGV. You also get rear cup holders, electric seats, and carpet. Carpet seems to cut down on cabin noise.

Respectfully disagree on quality. The MGV seats are way softer, durable, waterproof, wipe clean with damp cloth, and look better/like new for most if not all of the vehicles service life. If I could get every car with MGV seats, I would. This coming from a guy that up until my last car always went with leather. If no MGV, I would have gone cloth on bronco.

Leather on the other hand will fade, crack, not waterproof, tons of maintenance, rip easier, hard as a rock or harder than MGV and more expensive to repair or replace.

Electric seats, got me beat there lol. But again just more to maintain down the road.

Rear cup holders, see pic of mine. Cheap fix. And armrest. If you want a nicer set they exist but about $180.

So glad I dont have carpet in mine, just what I wanted. I dont notice a big diff in road noise + mine still has carpet mats which helps the cozy factor. But between MGV seats, washout floor and waterproof membrane on all the controls (steering wheel buttons, window buttons, dash etc). it just feels right in an open top bronco. Plus I love the way the steering wheel controls feel.

Oh my gawd.! That red stitching clashes with the orange stitching.! No way I could be seen driving around in that.!

As always, I respect another opinion. I'm impressed with leather so far. Recommended.

Just out of curiosity are they all leather? what part of them are vinyl? I think the descripton was " Leather-Trimmed/Vinyl Seats". Just wondering the leather to vinyl ratio. I keep switching back and forth and the dealers have no clue.

From my days working building automotive seats, only the parts you sit on were actual leather. Meaning the seat top and the back.
Wildtrak, hot pepper red, mic, Lux, tow...Totally worth it!!

Amen. As long as you are happy that is all that matters. Im not trying to one up you by any means bc leather is nice. Also happy we can respectfully disagree without any mud throwing...unlike other forums. But I do want to add that the pics you posted helped prove my point i.e. leather sags very easily as seen in your pics and your bronco not even had it a year. This wont happen with MGV. It always looks tight and right.

Haha. Yes. But I nor anyone other than my fam see's it. Plus I dont notice it anymore AND give it a little credit...the stitch pattern matches perfectly!! I was going to dye it orange but then said screw it. It only cost like $15 on amazon. Im upgrading to this one soon which after tax and shipping is about $180. Fits perfectly bt grooves in the center of backseat (y)

There is a reason for the look of real leather (see pic). I love my Badlands leather.! Probably half of the vehicles I’ve owned in the last 40 years were leather and never regretted buying it.! 33D0FEF0-A23B-427A-9BC8-DA1EECF8A327.jpeg

I would have loved to have hair on cowhide for the seats. I have several black and white cowhide rugs and love them. Easy to clean and they wear incredibly well.
