Android Auto text mssg issue

The text to voice feature worked perfectly in my 2020 Ranger with Sync3 but my BL w/High pkg will only read the 1st word of a text mssg before asking if I wish to reply. It's been this way since I received the Bronco in May. I finally went through all of the settings yesterday and still could not find out what is causing this.
I'm using the same phone as I had with the Ranger which is a Samsung Z Flip 4 on the latest update.
I can also send a text just fine by voice, just will not read one back to me.

Any ideas ?

Try calling Bronco Specialist. I had an issue with phone calls where I'd have to go to phone app on screen, and click change to bluetooth so I could hear through my speakers. Never did make the call, eventually upgraded phone and no issues.

As for your issue, have you tried to reset the radio? I don't remember how, something about hold power button in for 10 seconds or something. My wife has the Z Flip 4, but she hasn't connected to my Bronco so I haven't tested it out. But my guess is it's something in Sync 4 as you stated it worked just fine with Sync 3. Or maybe see if there are any updates to Android Auto.

I'll try to reset the radio and see how that goes. I had reset it once trying to get the Bronco trail app to work and it did not help with that . I am on the latest Android and sync updates. The Bronco trail app connected once last week when I just happened to try it again but it's now back to not working again also :(
