same problem. probably once a week I notice that they are off and I have to manually turn it on

Weird, mine stays on.

Forget where it is in the menu's, but you can leave it on to work

Personally, just get aftermarket lighting, better than the icy blue Ford uses by default

I have a 2022 Big Bend and having problems with the ambient lighting. I have to go to setting and turn it back on a lot! Is anyone having the same problem?

Glad you posted this and I found it (it took a minute). A year on from when you posted this, and I will say that I am CONSTANTLY having this problem. The lights will just go off at some point, and after a little while I'll notice 'man, it's dark in here...' and I'll go check the ambient lighting option and they will be turned ALL the way down. I'm not sure if the updates are triggering this, or something else, but it's annoying to have to constantly turn them back up!

So frustrating!

Yep, I've been having the same issue since day 1. Just like others, the ambient lighting setting is automatically turned all the way down...for no reason at all. I continually have to turn it all the way back up. Not a major issue, but something that should be fixed easily by an update.

Pretty sure it is mid and above the Everglades has it. I liked it at first but I like it dark when I am driving at night, we live out where there are no street lights, so with tinted windows any light on in the vehicle just turns the windows into mirrors.

Just checked it this evening and yup it was off I know I didn’t turn it off, and my wife didn’t turn it off when, she likes it. When I turned it back on, she was like, oh I like that!

I like the footwell lighting. It helps me see where I'm planting my foot when I hoist myself up into my Bronco. 🙂

Mine is the same, set it on, now it's off. Reminds me of the wonderful auto start/stop. Maybe we have to make an over ride to fix it! 😏

I checked today. It doesn't get turned off, the brightness gets set back to the lowest level.
