I know the crash bars will have to be removed. My question is will my mpg’s change? Averaging 19 mpg over 13,000 miles so far. Thank you

Yup, it will—expect a 1-3 MPG drop by switching to Sasquatch.

Not dramatic, but if you are daily driving this thing it'll add up over time.

Wait. Are you talking just the wheels, and keeping the BD 33” BFGs or you talking about tires or wheels and tires. Wheels might not make a difference at all, tires will make a bigger difference and wheels and tires will make the biggest difference, but generally I agree with @RagnarKon

That’s what I was thinking, but certainly not desiring. I don’t know for sure, but I thought the Sasquatch package included a different gear ratio and that had the bigger effect on mpg’s.
Yes, I’m daily driving. Are the additional rock chips a real thing? I do expect some increase, but is it really that bad?

Wheels and tires. The BD has General Grabber 32’s. A decent tire.

Yes. All-terrain/Mud-terrain tires do tend to throw rocks, it's just the nature of them. The more aggressive the tread the worse the issues are. You can of course mitigate the issue by installing mud flaps and installing the Sasquatch fender flares. But if you do nothing, yeah it'll throw rocks at your paint.

And the gear ratio is about finding balance. If it is too far out of balance, then you could actually be reducing your fuel economy since it will require more power from the engine to move the larger tire. In your case it won't really matter. The Black Diamond has a 4.46 ratio, while the Sasquatch package has a 4.70. That's close enough that it'll effectively have no impact for daily driving. You'll notice some difference out on the trail, but for daily driving you likely won't notice anything. However, since the 35" tires of the Sasquatch package are bigger and heavier, your aerodynamics will be worse and your vehicle will have to continually spin more mass, which results in lower fuel economy.

I think it will depend on your driving situation and style. Larger tire = fewer rotations per mile so at highway cruising speeds better economy. At the same time that larger circumference requires more energy to get moving from a stop so in city stop and go will probably cause a decrease in economy. The aluminum wheel will be lighter than the steel, but the larger tire will be heavier so unsprung weight may be close to equaling out. Also wider tire will have more rolling resistance which will require more energy to accelerate and maintain rotational velocity. Off road that larger tire coupled with the non sas gear ratio will require more throttle to climb an obstacle. But the wider footprint may help keep you moving in soft terrain. No experience to back this just a thought experiment using basic self taught physics, but I really think it will depend on where and how you drive.

Sorry you are correct Grabber 32's I was thinking the Badlands no squatch tires.

I’ve searched a bit and the best I could find out on wheel/tire weights were:
Sasquatch 87.5#
BD 74#
