Adding auxiliary switch bank afterwards not realistic

I have a 2021 Base and wanted to add auxiliary switches to my roof console. I have the OEM switch bank from Ford and it has a pigtail with a plug. So I assumed the other connecting end of this plug was buried somewhere above the pivoting sunglasses holder. After all, Ford went to great lengths to pre-wire the Bronco for accessories leading to the built in auxiliary switches. I have not torn apart the overhead console to find the plug but everything I’m seeing and reading suggests that plug does not exist, i.e., Ford did not build in wiring from the control box in the engine bay to the roof location of the auxiliary switch holder. Does ANYONE know??
FYI, this is particularly frustrating to me because the auxiliary switch option was put on my Bronco build sheet and paid for and Ford neglected to install it as an error.

Yes, your video was one of the ones I referenced to come to my conclusion (well done by the way…very helpful). I wanted to run a couple of round Rigid lights above the windshield using the aux switch I would install. I fear I would need to scrap that wiring idea and run my own. Now, there are some wires already running from the control box near the fuses to the roof (intended for built in auxiliary switch) that I can cut and repurpose for my own independent wiring, correct?
