What dimensions of tire would I throw on a Sasquatch rim? 37x12.5/17?

(Obviously I would do a lift)

Yup!

There are a few other sizes that'll fit, but 37x12.5R17 is by far the most common size you'll see.

A little off subject but , can ya run stock Sasquatch wheels without spacers, 37x12x17 tires (Yokohama Geolandar 37x12.50R17) and Zone 3” lift with UCAs without rubbing (maybe trim crash bar mounts and remove fender liner “waffles”)??

You’re likely going to need a wheel spacer that gets you closer to a 0 offset (something like a 1.2”) to not rub. I’ve since gone to Radflo‘s but previously I ran 37x12.5 Toyo MT’s on SAS wheels with a 1.2” hub centric spacer, Zone lift and the JKS max tire kit and zero rub at full articulation offroad. I didn’t relocate the front body mount (that came w/ the JKS kit) because it wasn’t an issue but you’ll definitely have to cut off the crash bar mounts and replace the waffle with the brackets in the kit (or make your own). A +30 offset would make the crash bar situation worse, it would be very close on the frame-side of the tire pointed out in a turn and perhaps make the front body mount relocation necessary on the tire pointed in.
