Hey BN fam, I'd like to get some input on a couple areas over the next couple weeks to see what was awesome for you in 2025. We might get a good article out of it that helps others decide what to buy or do in the future!

First up -- what did you add to your Bronco or your gear collection –– camping/fishing/whatever hobby you do with your Bronco –– that you've found a ton of benefit from? Doesn't have to be bought through Bronco Nation.

I only installed one thing this year (have some skids sitting in boxes so I can't comment on those yet), the Turn OffRoad overhead molle panels, but I've been so happy with the addition. Quality is superb, and I have my first-aid kit strapped, will add my fire extinguisher to them, and I can slide my non-folding dune flag up top, which is awesome for a 2-door. Before I had to have it stretching from the back and sharing the center console with me on the way to events. Now it's always there, ready for fun. No weird wind noise with the panels off, either. Highly recommend.

How about you? What was your best purchase for 2025, and what made it so good?

2021 Carbonized Gray 2-door Sas High package 2.7L/10-speed Badlands with MIC top

Not even sure if I'm done with my purchases yet for 2025! I've added several items to my rig this year including a couple of Turn Offroad products like their 3rd Brake Light kit and the HD Tailgate Reinforcement but my most meaningful addition has to be the Midland MXT275 GMRS system I added. It's just so nice knowing that the radio is always there and don't have to worry about charging handheld ones.

the worst model is Armorlite rubber flooring. It's got a fibrous backing for sound. However, the WHOLE point of rubber is to prevent mold growth. Tried to call Armorlite but not contact info on the website. I don't do biz with companies I can't call and talk with a person.

Looks great, but this whole molly trend is like putting Cheese graters in your car. This will not for well in an accident.

I thought about that, but since these sit so close to the roof and my height is in my legs, I'm OK with the risk. We have a potentially dangerous hobby to begin with, for sure. But certainly, if it's a concern for anyone or you're tall, maybe go for the rear window panels or cargo wall panels if you want a molle option.

The molly is an issue, but I would be more worried if you get t-boned and the lack of protection. I never understood this. I have to wear a seat belt, but you can driver 100 mph down the road with no side doors, an no the seat belt will not save your life.

I installed two front seat handles near the roof, ya know the roof that can be removed so when you roll the truck they pop off, to help my wife get into the Bronco. They are well built, and match the orange accents in the Badlands. They attach to the role bar, very solid mount. I will grab these, pull myself up so I don't get hit by the car, that T-boned me when I was not wearing a seat belt, with no doors on, and the roof falls off. :0)

Double whammy, got handles and it helped my wife.

God Bless Us Every One!!

Merry Christmas!!

I hope everyone’s Bronco had a fantastic 2025 - I enjoyed a lot of wheeling in the northeast and the best addition this year was the TrailRax 1/2 Rack with Pax Rax.

It's been a fun year. Many adventures with friends and new trails. First time at Super Cel Colorado and it did not disappoint. Looking at everything I've added, I would say, though it may be overkill. The dual battery setup from @Genesis Offroad is a game changer. Having limited space in the 2 door, I was always bringing a Bluetti power pack for the fridge and to power other stuff. I found sometimes it was dead by morning, food went bad etc. Now I don't worry at all. I can set at 32 degrees and run 24/7. Being in Arizona we used it on grocery trips to keep everything cold on the way home. Everything runs off the auxiliary battery, when low, cranking battery charges back up Also frees up space in back. Also have other plugs available.

I like the comment above about not being done yet. Just bought some more Mabett stuff off Amazon. I am adding the
Mabett LED Rear Glass Hinge-Mounted Light with Reverse Light; Trail Sight Light with Built-in Marker Lights; and, the Aluminum Trunk Grocery Bag Hooks. Merry Christmas!1766066831372.png1766066858730.png1766067176462.png

The best accessory that I bought to improve my Bronco was a Jeep. 😂

All kidding aside, before I sold my Bronco I upgraded the 67 Designs dashboard rail to Bullet Point's dashboard solution. The Bullet Point is far more solid and sturdy. The 67 Design rail loosened and started to wobble over time. I was so impressed with Bullet Point that I purchased one for my Jeep before I even took possession of it. After having it in my Jeep for a month, my wife asked for one as a Christmas present to be installed in her Jeep. She really likes the MagSafe compatible phone holder. https://www.bulletpointmountingsolutions.com/collections/magsafe-compatible-phone-holders

Another item I bought was a Cotton Carrier Camera holster that I mounted to the front seat molle panel. https://www.cottoncarrier.com/collections/slings-and-straps/products/wanderer-camera-holster. I always have my DSLR when I'm offroading. I don't like to leave the DSLR sitting on the passenger seat where it can roll off the seat, and it's a pain to put back in the camera bag in between the constant stops. My wife is not thrilled on having to hold on to the camera while I'm driving either. So I found this Cotton Carrier camera holster that is meant to be worn on a hip and rigged it up to the molle panel behind the seat. This is perfect, since I can secure my camera out of the way quickly, and it is really easy to grab from the driver seat.

Wow 2025 has been a year of upgrade/Additions for Darryl. First Mod was new BFG K03s, then I added some skids no one manufacture had the skids I wanted so they are mix and matched, I added the Stinky Fab Lower control arm Skid, I added the DV8 rear shock mount skid, then I got the Metal Cloak rear diff skid, and while I was back there I added the Metal Cloak diff cover.I upgraded from hand held GMRS to a BTech GMRS-20V2 radio mounted in the glove box, added the Midland ghost antenna and mounted it to my Driver ditch light mount. I then added the Tackform grab handle device mount for the hand set. I added the trail sight flag mount from Jeffs Bronco Graveyard. and added the collapsable Bronco dune flag from Handy Flag. That was all added for our trip to Moab and a trip to the NV & CA desert. for our up comming trip to Baja I have added the Rough Country overhead Molle panel and Mounted my Starlink Mini to it. But my Favorite improvement/addition was the home built cargo/security shelf I made for the rear cargo area.

If no one is aware that TD traded his Bronco for a Jeep... just hang loose... he'll tell us again... 😉

It's like the Harley Davidson lifestyle brand. If I don't make Jeep my entire personality, did I really buy a Jeep?

Probably not... that would be why I ride a Suzuki Intruder... I did go with the drag bars though...

really very happy with my hidden winch set up.....PXL_20250706_002345497.jpg
kind of happy with my new camera set up as well. I fell in love with the 4 cameras that Ford offered. Did not realize how much I would like them. So I added three more. Now two of those are really just recording everything in front and back just so I have records... BUT the third I mounted up underneath so I can see the front tires mounting and dismounting obstacles. I am really really enjoying it. So much easier for self spotting.

The only thing I did to the Warthog, was add molle panels in the back to mount my fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

Not sure I have a favorite for this year but maybe the winch swap I did or the rock rail swap. I swapped out my RC 12K winch for the Warn Zeon 10K.. And I swapped out RC body mounted rock rails for DV8 Frame Mounted rails..

I did a lot more but those 2 are in the running..

My favorite piece of gear was actually gifted to me a few years ago by our friend @Sven.. It had became weathered and was in very bad shape. @Deano Bronc recently repaired and painted it for me to match the HPR color of my Bronco..

It's now proudly displayed inside my TigerMoth camper.
