I have 2023 Bronco Sasquatch, wife liked smaller Sport and it was time to get her a new car.
So we bought her a 2025 Bronco Sport Outer Banks Sasquatch.
AFTER BUYING it, I discover that Ford apparently deliberately designed both fuse boxes to be a real pain in the ass for owner to access.
The underhood one is essentially installed upside down, necessitating removal of fuse box to access fuses. Really?? You can't make this stuff up.
Scenario: you are on a dark highway with rain coming and find Moonroof won't close. Most likely fuse. So you pull over and set your flashers on highway, get under hood to check/replace fuse- but you have to remove 2 multi-pin plugs in order to get fuse box out in order to turn it over to open door on bottom of box to access fuses!!!! IN DISCONNECTING 2 MULTI-PIN PLUGS- YOU DISCONNECT CAR FROM ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AND CAR GOES DARK!!!! No lights or flashers to protect you from traffic!
I could end up as "road kill" from a passing truck!
This appears to have been done by Ford to try to force owner to go back to dealer for everything to make money.
This is criminal in my opinion, and places owners in a dangerous position. A fuse box is an owner/operator item which has to be READILY ACCESSIBLE (note term from UL NFPA National Electrical Code-which applies to buildings, but there is a parallel in logic/safety).

And the cabin fuse box is just as bad: you have to remove 2 plastic panels and fight with floor liner to access it on passenger front floor board.
NO BODY CAN TELL ME THIS COULD NOT HAVE BEEN PLACED BEHIND GLOVE BOX OR ELSEWHERE IN AN ACCESSIBLE LOCATION!

There are 4 upgrade switches to add owner desired equipment. HOW THE HELL IS THE OWNER TO DO THIS EASILY? Oh, I know- take it to the dealer and pay them to install it.

What's next, a factory dealer only fastener to release the spare tire so they can force me to have it towed to them in order to pay them to change a tire???? !!!

My point is that a vehicle fuse box BELONGS TO THE OWNER/OPERATOR ! This is not an area that Ford has any right to pull the "force them back to the dealer" scam.
This is dangerous, unconscionable, and shows no consideration to the safety of the customer/consumer.
And this isn't a cheap vehicle......
I expect and demand better from Ford.
GET BUSY WITH A "KIT" TO REMEDY THIS, FORD! It would have been cheaper and easier to leave the fuse box design readily accessible to the owner/buyer.

Is there anyone else out there that feels the same way?

My guess is you will have to live with it, find your own solution or sell it. Because until death or destruction happens, nothing will be done.
