I know this has been compared and discussed already, and there has even been a article I believe written by bronco nation talking about the Wildtrak with the hoss 3.0 suspension.
I just wanted to get some feedback from actual Bronco Wildtrak owners as I am currently looking at a used fully loaded 2022 bronco Wildtrak with everything except the hoss 3.0 with 6900 miles. I've looked at the vehicle and it is in very good condition. In my opinion it does not ride as smooth as a F 150 raptor, but that may just be me. The dealership is asking $ 66,000.00 , which as far as I can tell is in comparison with the MSRP of a loaded 2023 Wildtrak with the 3.0 hoss. One of my questions is how much did ford increase the price from 2022 to 2023 ? Next question I have is if anybody has driven both a loaded 2022 and a loaded 2023 with the hoss 3.0 ? Is the hoss 3.0 that much more superior ? As reviewers are now calling the 2023 with the hoss 3.0 the " baby raptor", which starts a ridiculous frenzy of buyers that only want the 2023 with the hoss 3.0 suspension because the 2022 Wildtrak is basically worth as much as a roll of toilet paper. This is one of the things I hate about ford, they update brand new models to fast and to frequently , which in my opinion hurts the value for people who just bought a 1or 2 year old vehicle. It's kind of a head scratcher considering ford can not produce the existing orders they have to build from 2022. So in summary my questions are this :
1) is the 2023 with the hoss 3.0 that much better than the 2022 without the 3.0 hoss suspension ?
2) how much of a price increase was there from 2022 to 2023 ?
3) is $ 66,000.00 for a fully loaded 2022 with 6900 miles fair ?
4) Has anybody tried taking their bronco Wildtrak back to a ford dealer to see what their bronco was worth used ? KBB tells me that 2022 Wildtrak with 6900 miles is worth $ 63,000.00 used as a trade in value.
5) Considering the 2023 Wildtrak also has a upgraded steering rack and is supposedly utilizing parts from the raptor, I believe 2021 and 2022 bronco wildtraks have now become severely devalued, like a roll of toilet paper.
I would appreciate anyone's feedback who has experienced both models.
Thank You.
