I am still on the fence on the Bronco, was interested in how long after to make a reservation do you typically end up waiting till you move to a contract/order? Now worried about the wait to get the vehicle, but how long is the wait till you have to commit to purchasing? I am ok with longer thinking out to 2022, but was more interested to know how long you have to decide to make the purchase after making a reservation.

Thanks

Welcome to the Bronco Nation Mike! Great name by the way!!!

If you order now, you won’t get a Bronco to late 2022. At some point Ford is going to increase the price of the broncos. Lots of people with orders have the current price locked in.

I am not sure how long you have to wait to convert your order to a reservation.

Welcome aboard Mike! (y)

Not 100% on the answer to your question either, however, most dealerships should have a "Bronco Specialist" that should be able to assist with logistics for the process. I would think if you reserve now you would at least have until the MY22 ordering opens up later this year. Then if you do not convert your order your res fee is refunded.

I’m in the same boat. I just did my reservation last month. I was torn on waiting to order to see what ‘22’s bring. But since I learned about the Roadeo (Just have to have an order placed to participate and they supply the Bronco to trail ride) I’m going Wednesday to finalize my order. I know in October I’ll have to go back to do it again with the new options. And possibly do it again next October, lol. I’m in no rush since my current 2017 F150 is only at 25K miles and I love my truck. Just wish I could sell it now with the resale on F150 so high at the moment. Resale at Carmax right now is only $2,500 less then what I bought it for new. But good things come to those who are patient and wait. As far as your question, I can’t see how or why they would have an expiration on holding your $100, lol. But check out the Roadeo information. Looks like fun and a quick day and a half get away.

I reserved a Bronco BB on a Sunday about 2 weeks ago and turned it into an order the Monday after. My wife does work for the dealership but you just have to find the right person to talk to. I don't think I will be getting it until 2022 though. about the same time I get the Bronco BL I ordered 1/20/21

I put in my reservation just this past Sunday to make sure I got a place in line. If that’s MY23, so be it. What is the actual process, though? Does the dealership contact me to convert my reservation, or do I have to initiate that step? Doesn’t seem like there’s much point in doing so before ordering for MY22 opens up.
