Week of 7/12 Production Numbers

That's like 1179 4 door hard tops since all 2 doors are hard tops. So 4 doors being built at a 50/50 hard/soft top rate this week..

This weeks Bronco numbers.

MAP is building 2,618 broncos this week.
2,015 of them are 4dr.

Out of the 2,618 broncos being built this week, 1,782 are hard tops!

This is close to the approximately 30 hard tops per hour I said Webasto is producing, a week or so ago. ;)

When you screen shot my post and post it on 6G, please don’t cut off my username.

Need to note one thing. These are numbers after MAP was shut down for a week. This gave Webasto and others a chance to catch up.

We need to see next weeks production numbers before we get excited about the tops.

And if all Webasto can do is 30 tops a shift that means that's ONLY 60 hardtop Broncos rolling out per day or 300 per week unless Webasto can up that number or is doing more shifts and more days??

Those numbers don’t add up to the 1,782 of hardtop broncos that are being produced this week. They are building roughly 350 hardtop broncos per day. Today, they are building 363 hard top broncos.

I posted a week or so ago about 30 hard tops per hour. Pretty sure the number of hard top broncos they are making this week support the numbers I posted a week or so ago.

I have no idea on how many shifts they have at Webasto.

That was the number posted in a diff thread here for Webasto, so no clue how that play into what Ford is doing. Maybe they are "building" and they then sit and wait for a top. No clue on Fords side or possibly they have some "stock" of MIC's and are just eating that up

I am in there somewhere... Can't wait for the status to move from to the next little dot on the Ford timeline!
