Tracker not working

Every time I click the “track my order” button on my email it brings me to the Ford page so I hit track my order and it just refresh’s the page. Why is it doing this? Never has happened to me before

It was doing the same thing yesterday for about everyone I think.
2D BL, Sas, 2.7l, High, Silver 10:22pm 7/13/20 Res, 1/31 2/7 2/14 2/28 3/7 build dates

Definitely not what you like to see. Never happened to me before. My production week is supposed to be next week. Was hoping they had some sort of update on the tracker but I can’t check it so bummer

I just tried tha. same thing. oh well. i guess i will have to be productive now. It's not like i was getting bumped up. Lol.

My build date is 2-14-22. I have time. Just impatient.

My build date is supposed to be the week of 1/10. Don’t know if it’s accurate or not but I got moved up from the week of 1/3. I just wanna check and see if there is any more information or window sticker
