I have had my 1976 Bronco since 2002. I have rebuilt it several times! Basically it was pretty rusty (sourced the Bronco out of PA) and each time I rebuilt it I cut more rust out until it’s pretty much all fiberglass skins today!
Here in is the day I brought it home.
The first things I did was get it in primer and add a 1 inch body lift and a roll bar. It’s “debut” was at the 2003 Mid-Atlantic Early Broncos East Coast Round Up held at Paragon that year.
The next build was for the 2006 Bronco 40th anniversary celebration. It now sported a new Mustang orange paint job, a custom half cab, 3 1/2” lift, and 35 inch tires!
After much trail damage and having to replace the front clip, it got a silver paint job and a Wild Horses fiberglass hood!
And finally it got a complete rebuild for the Bronco 50th Celebration - at the Lonestar Early Bronco Club’s Round Up in Mason Texas. Stretched to 103” WB, narrowed front and rear, Blackbox-i doubler, Duff long arms, fiberglass skins, etc.
This is how it looks today. (Photo at Trail Hero, Hurricane UT, 2019)
