That’s actually the reset tool that comes with the TPMS sensors when you buy a set of wheels from Ford Performance.
So I was thinking about this last night. I used to use this on an old Ford Fusion and IIRC, there was a retrain sequence that you had to enact in the Fusion to start the retrain procedure. So that tool was used to reset the sensor but it was actually the retrain sequence that assigned each wheel to the correct location. I don't think the Bronco has that or even needs it because it does it automatically.
So maybe a reset tool is all that is needed but I remembering that tool worked on the non-Ford TPMS sensors that were on my aftermarket wheels as well as my stock wheels. Also, it seems that the new sensor were located at the valve stems while the Ford sensors were 180deg from the valve stems.
