WOW, anyone motive they are basically saying that MIC’s won’t be produced?? And at that the “prep kits” are only to accept the hard top and not a single mention of any controls, electronics, and/or plumbing for the rear window?? ‍♂️‍♂️

Are you sure about that? Everything I've read so far says that the prep kit will include all wiring and plumbing needed for rear windshield and wiper.

They tucked it into the dealer FAQs, so your dealer has allegedly been informed.

What is included in the hardtop prep kit? The hardtop prep kit is included on all 4-door soft top orders, effective with September 21MY production. The kit includes the proper connections for rear windshield wiper and rear defroster as well as the controls needed for these features.

IF that is the case that came out today then cool, but up until today that was never mentioned. Just the connection
