Malfunction Indicator Lamp Activated

Taking the Bronco out on my trip to Nashville Sunday and I watched the outside air Temp go from 40 to 180 in 30 seconds then the Yellow Check engine lamp goes on and my Ford Pass sends me a Message on my phone, looks like the Ambient Air Temp Sensor has failed.

First Oil Change we will address that.

Your location says NY. I live 40 miles outside Nashville and am looking for members to ride with. Nashville bronco is too cool for me to hang with (JK Nash)

Did you repost or is this the 2nd time today that this happened to someone?? The last one was 176 temp then failure
