Black Bear is not really difficult for an experienced driver. But it is Dangerous. Any mistake could be fatal. glad you enjoyed it. Hope you get to drive some of the other scenic trails in the area.

That was 100% Only the driver to blame! She made multiple errors and disregarding traffic signs

You're right, the Bronco Sport was able to make it up and down Black Bear Pass. Unfortunately the driver didn't see the sign.

The Mini Broco definitely made it down and left the driver behind on the way.

Driver, Dog and engine. I am actually impressed, a crash that bad to eject the engine, that Bronco looked to be in pretty good shape at least the passenger compartment. It looked better than what was left of that jeep that rolled down that mountain.

umm OK, don't drive over your limits because you have a 4x4 and follow the simple traffic signs, just like don't go swim in the ocean if you don't know how to swim or what the flags mean!
