Wheelbase is 92 inches, so, with the right spacers, you can run up to 92" if you want the same track width front/rear :geek:

31's might be pretty tight. Recommend having a look at tiresize.com and look at the range of sizes within a diameter (like around 31") and tires within a specific size. Not all tires are the same.

Yeah, I'm getting ready to put tires on my 1970 that has a 3.5 inch suspension lift, but is also uncut. Answers are all over the board.

Wheel back spacing will have a lot to do with it. You may be able to go a little taller with a 17" wheel. They're more sucked in compared to the 15" wheel options. Regardless it needs to be a skinny tires.

I fit 31x10.50r15 on factory wheels, uncut, no lift, but it does rub on the frame on the front when making really tight turns.

I also run 31s: 31 10.5" 15 on the stock steel rims. I used this on the stock height with uncut rear quarters. The tires went 1"+ into the wheelwell covered by the quarter, and just barely had room in there. Later I added a 2.5" lift and now the 31s have about 1" of space between the top of the tire and the quarter.

this!!!
a 31 is too much tire on a truly stock truck imo!

I would agree overall, but I knew I was going to give it a 2.5" lift and did not want to buy two sets of tires. So, a bit big for stock, yes...but it does work (would you call it a Sasquatch Edition? ha, ha). Perfect for 2.5" lift.

On an uncut with no lift I would always run 30's 10 wide.

31 x 10.5 BFG tires no sweat on my uncut non lifted Bronc. I’ve seen 33s but they had a 1-1/2” body lift.
It’s time to live again but never forget the ones we lost!

That’s a great compromise!
I’d rather have the width of a 10” than a Taller/Skinnier tire.
