Hey all,
I'm currently holding out for the "Heritage Edition" Bronco that should be coming out. I'm curious to know what design elements would you like to see included in this edition??

I'm a big fan of the original sport badging... so much so that I 3D printed my take on what an updated version might look like with the modern font.

And here's what It could look like on the rig:

The white grill and top are another must:

As far as colors go- I would love to see a Brittany Blue and Boxwood Green as those seem to be the most popular colors for the 66-77 restorations.

Love the badging idea but I would favor the original script without the "Sport". Nice job!
I'm also going to keep my eye on the Heritage Edition. I'm hoping for Boxwood Green but Brittany Blue would look great too.

I could get behind Brittany Blue with a white top and grille. Either body color or white fender flares.

Yeah I would like to see a mock up of the classic script badge. It's always hard striking that balance between retro and modern (cough cough HHR... cough cough PT cruiser )

In my mind the body color fender flares look the best... but to be honest when I build an Outer Banks on the Ford website I'm not loving the color matched flares... would love to see a more subtle aftermarket body matched flare.

This is the Heritage Edition in wrap. Notice the rock rails and steel wheels. There are a lot of pictures of it in the Bronco Green thread posted last week.

I may trade my FE in for a Heritage if it is offered in a nice green. (we'll see which one comes first) I like the people dreaming of a tricked out SAS Heritage, but I'd design it with a more bare bone look. Simple interior with raw metal showing. Base suspension, 33"s at most. Raw rims. Thinner steering wheel. Older chrome badging.
If they keep making different versions of the FE every year it will become blaw. I also thinkk they could have waited 3-5 years to come out with a new edition. It makes them more special.

But that's just me.

Yes! Another good point- I would love to see some diamond stitched leather interior like we see going into the 100+K restomods. Or even something as simple as these Corbeau replacement seatsseat.jpeg

I'm hoping there are some aftermarket options with a little curve and taper. I hate the stock landscaping border fender flares. But hate the Bushwhacker options even more.

They are adding models before they even have delivered units. Not to mention you can't buy a Bronco for the next 2 years. So they are going to tease customers with more Broncos you can't buy?
The FE should be a one year only.
The Heritage is what a Bronco should be, but it will be priced outside of the range it needs to be.

I think they should offer one trim, the Heritage Edition, in green, and it should be $90,000 to compete with the Toyota Land Cruiser. And...it should come with Wrangler tires.

They shouldn’t even make a 4 door Heritage Edition. There is no heritage for a 4 door.

Great point. How could there possibly be any heritage in a 4 door? A true heritage edition should harken back and pay tribute to G1’s.
