Explorer swap question

Any of you who have done this swap, what did you come up with for the Throttle cable and where and how did you route and hook it up in the cab? I am doing the swap and I currently have the stock three speed pedal assembly. Did anyone use this assembly or did you swap out assemblies.? Any help is appreciated!
