are you saying the dealer refuded you a $100 or did Ford technically do it from our original reservation of $100? I never seen either LOL

He said sense i converted my reservation it was refunded.

I think some rolled it into the deposit. I have a bad feeling I'll lose mine since I had to pay an additional 1000.00 deposit when I ordered.

I know my dealer here in Denver when I placed the order did say the total minus the $100 so I am just guessing it'll show on final price if we didn't get it back

I haven’t received anything and wasn’t added to the deposit, But I will be making sure that money goes to it or someone will refund it all.

My $100 was discounted on the total purchase price.

I paid an additional $900 on top of $100 for $1000 total. I see some never requested deposit, some requested more. Seems like no common theme here

Yeah I paid $400 for a total deposit of $500.

Ford didn't get the reservation money , it went to the dealer.

I was going to bring up the $100 when I made my final deposit. I had to put $2000 down to order

My dealer asked for $900 down to combine with the $100 res deposit for a $1k total. It varies by dealer but Ford should credit the res deposit to the dealer when converted unless cancelled then is refunded is how understood it?

I was refunded my $100 due to transferring my reservation. My new dealer waived it and the $500 deposit to order.

My $100 was subtracted from the total vehicle cost.

Well as a retired CPA,BANKING DIRECTOR, "white man speaks with forked tongue". Dealer took what he said was an additional deposit of $900 on my credit card. So I had a down payment of $1000 right? Well on my purchase worksheet, not a Purchase agreement only MSRP of $36,520 , including an acquisition fee if $645. Acquisition fee are fir leasing not purchase. Next check on line banking and Dealer refunded $100 reservation fee. Legally I converted reservation fee to order on March 17,2021. Go Green! Did my dealer goofed, no downpayment listed on Purchase Worksheet from dealer. To have a binding contract you must give consideration, meeting of the minds and specific goods described in writting on contracts over $1000. Today I only have $900 down payment, so here is a question for our lawyer member, under the Statue of Frauds, all contracts must in be in writing , if over $1000 right, my purchase worksheet is only and order , it is not a Purchade agreement to buy a specific goods(2022 Bronco Base, with hardtop, rapid red metallic tint clearcoat, and switch bank) is this a valid contract to purchase or can the dealer use my order, void it and resell my 2022 Bronco at a premium?
Rumors about this dealer who onky has an allotment of 34 Broncos on 170 reservations may be true.
Ford Motors state we are buying Bronco from dealers and they would not be responsible it such a practice would take place! They would just lawyer up and deny any liability for damages, that is why the $100 reservation fee paid when we made our 200,000 reservation last year are being returned. Some Ford lawyer came up with this procedure to protect Ford from some dealers!
