Constraints - Any news as to what's considered a 'deadly sin' now

I'd guess still basically everything that Ford listed as they don't communicate what is or isn't until it's an issue and delay, unfortunately.

I've heard it's mostly the MIC tops because the supplier can't make them fast enough. I've also heard the non-stock bumpers and hitches due to welding labor shortage. Maybe something to the 2.7 and SAS but I heard more in the beginning and not so much lately. Those are the rumors I've heard the most. That said, I've seen these items get into builds already, just not mine. :mad: Clear as mud now?

Yea, it's basically MIC, SAS, 2.7, LUX, TOW, and MOD bumpers. Which basically eliminates all FE and WT or to only the number of parts on hand. Guess I will get it one day the way I ORDERED it NOT to what Ford wants to build.

You had a typo, 2021 reservation is now a 2022 and 2023 is easy to get at premium pricing

When did modular bumpers become a sin? Would that put the stock Black Diamond crowd behind the 8 ball compared to those with WT and FE builds based on profitability and obligations if all else were equal? Inquiring minds want to know!

They have been mentioned by several dealers (mine included) so I removed them from my WT build and was gonna go AM anyways at some point. So, my bonus was I got fog lights and the control back LOL Maybe at @Gloff can give a better insight to that

I think the MIC tops are being built like 1 per month..but agree. Think the main issue is just the MICs, with TOW/LUX/SAS

Sure it could but it seems less likely the more time passes. I actually believe they are gaining ground on the issues. Just my opinion. Maybe I believe it because I want my build date? LOL Good luck. Happy you got yours. What was you reservation and order date? 2DR or 4DR?

I made my res day 1, but honestly didn't rush in to order. 4Dr. Going to be my daily driver as well as fun car, but have to be able to easily put kids in the back.

Yeah, I was just there for lunch on Monday, but that was the first time since eating in one of their "igloo" pods this last winter.
You should definitely have it by fall if there aren't anymore delays. I had a reservation at Rice and end up changing it to an out of state dealer because of much better pricing. I believe my salesman said they had 3 allocations so you're one of the lucky ones.
I decided to wait for a MY22 because of the modular top, so you won't see another one around for awhile. What color did you end up getting?

Sorry! Things slowed down here (and on BON for that matter) and 3 forums got to be a bit much to keep up with. I'll try not to be a stranger.

As an aside, my rig gets built next Thursday, 6/24! I'll promise as much content as you guys want once she's here.
