Is there a solution for those of us BASE models owners who want to add some AUX switches for our onboard coffeemakers, light racks and winches?

I ordered mine with them. The pre run wiring made it simple to hook up the bumpers lights

I think the answer is not cheaply. Different over head consul part but I think the inexpensive part. The wiring harness and running the wires will not be cheap. I would try and add the item if possible. Its worth a shot. Cheaper and easier to do the old school way. Lots of cool switches you can buy and mount them anywhere. Fog light pod you can have 3 different lights in it so 3 are gone. Small 10" light for the brush bar as LED and lazar so needs two switches. CB and I am full. I can always hard wire the CB if I need the 6th switch.

Base 2dr manual and the aux switches is the only option I ordered and I've not read or been told about any shortages with that part. I have been told and read that hard tops should be caught up by the end of Dec. AND due to a lot of people switching to soft tops to avoid the wait and them getting the new tooling in, there is a better chance for hard tops to be built after that; I don't know at what rate?

And only 2 out 11 in our group at the Off-Roadeo had ordered a 2dr, everyone else were 4dr customers.

That's fine keep driving my on road off road with air suspension RRS, to nice to get dirty like the Bronco. Still have v8 Eddie Baurer Explorer jusy not 5.0 like Ford built RRS. 385 hp 385 # not as fast as my old Twin turbo Cayenne but that burt oil like water Mobile One! but 450 hp and torque. Good luck deakers are screwing reservation holder just to get them and my dealer is adding $30,000 premiums!

I wonder if the wires are preinstalled to the aux switch location as part of the base build.

Sort of like every vehicle I ever owned came with the tow wiring run to back just need to plug in the harness?
